My real estate strengths center on my clients. Whether representing Sellers, Investors, Developers, or First Time Home Buyers, (or 2nd/3rd time ++ Buyers) 2020 was a year of excellence with regard to navigating the challenging & competitive waters of Multiple Offer Situations, and 2021 is seeing a similar trend. Because I work with so many Sellers, I am able to see what other agents are submitting in terms of offers and then utilize this information to my Buyer-Client’s benefit. I guide my clients and am humbly grateful to be able to say that I have repeatedly secured “first position” for my Buyers, helping them to beat out other offers and get the home or investment property of their dreams. The same Client-centric experience has yielded me a solid track record of negotiating top dollar & optimal terms contracts for my Sellers' homes, too.
I work by referral so rather than “cold-calling” people I do not know, I am able to devote my time to taking care of those who’ve placed their trust in me. I am blessed that my current and past clients keep me busy with their circles of friends and relatives who need a good Realtor. Maybe it's because I grew up as the middle child of a family of seven that I’m so people-oriented, but the bottom line is we form bonds and friendships and this is my favorite thing about my chosen career.
